Therapy for navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and depression, using EMDR and other therapeutic approaches.
Therapy for navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and depression, using EMDR and other therapeutic approaches.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that each person has an innate capacity for healing. Under supervision and consultation, I integrate EMDR, IFS-informed work, mindfulness, self-compassion, attachment theory, expressive arts, and somatic awareness to support lasting healing and meaningful change.

Grief can touch every part of life, leaving you feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can offer space to make sense of your loss, honor what matters to you, and explore how to carry grief while continuing to live a meaningful life.
Trauma can shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you, sometimes long after an event has passed. Trauma-informed therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to understand these patterns, develop greater regulation and self-compassion, and work toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Anxiety can make it difficult to quiet your mind, feel present, or trust yourself and your decisions. Therapy can help you better understand what is driving your anxiety, develop tools for managing it, and create more space for calm, flexibility, and engagement in the life you want to live.
Depression can make it difficult to feel connected to yourself, other people, or activities you once enjoyed. Therapy can offer a space to understand what may be contributing to these feelings, reconnect with your values and strengths, and gradually build a greater sense of possibility and engagement in your life.
Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, loss, and a sense of being unmoored. Whether you're navigating a major change, redefining your identity, or wondering what comes next, therapy can provide a space to reflect, reconnect with what matters, and discover your way forward.
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also become strained by communication difficulties, conflict, or changes in the relationship. Therapy can offer a space to better understand each other, strengthen communication, and explore patterns that may be getting in the way of connection and intimacy.
